Amateur Pole

An hour-long set of classes for newcomers of all shapes and sizes looking to get their feet wet in this exciting art and exercise form. Beginning pole dancing focuses on fluid movement around the pole, basic spins and climbing techniques, as well as some floor-work.

$65 per month @ 1 class per week

$100 per month @ 2 classes per week

$150 per month @ unlimited classes

Amateur Pole (Intermediate)

A slightly longer class than Amateur Pole at an hour and a half, and focusing on basic spins, climbing and basic inversions. Contact Lucky for more information and registration.

$85 per month @ 1 class per week

Amateur Pole (Advanced)

Also an hour and a half long, this class will work on advanced spins and inversions, as well as stalls and poses. It requires a LOT of strength and previous experience. Contact Lucky for more information and registration.

Industry Pole

For those who are currently in the exotic dance industry and would like to focus on learning advanced pole tricks with less attention to floor-work and dance, also welcome are instructors from other pole-dancing studios. This class is an hour long.

Sexy Strength

An hour-long class that emphasizes core and full body strength. It incorporates Pilates and dance movements with a little twist thrown in to emphasize your womanliness and beauty. Designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles and help you develop a dancer's physique and confidence. A terrific companion to any pole class. Strength is sexy!!

$65 per month @ unlimited classes

Combo: Amateur Pole + Sexy Strength

This class is a combination of Sexy Strength and Amateur Pole...the perfect way to get in shape! Appropriate for all ability levels.

$85 per month @ 1 class per week

$125 per month @ 2 classes per week

$150 per month @ unlimited classes

* When space permits, we allow drop-ins for most classes except Industry Pole. Please call before dropping in to a class. Money paid for a drop in class can be applied toward the monthly fee if you sign up.
